The production of 3D LED light-emitting display pillars is a coordinated process involving all links. Customer service and designers clarify the order details, and both parties confirm the booth renderings and design drawings. First, expressive fabric is taken and printed on transfer paper. Then the transfer machine finalizes the fabric pattern (the customer will be informed in advance of the need to confirm the sample). The frame production workshop produces the display frame according to the size and shape. The sewing workshop cuts and sews according to the frame and design requirements. The quality inspector test-builds the booth and takes photos. After the customer confirms, the product is packed and shipped.

1. How do I provide printed files?
The resolution and clarity of your design files directly impact the image quality.

File formats include JPEG (JPG), PDF, PSD, AI, PS, TIFF, and CDR. Resolution: 75%;

size: 1MB. Please print a proof for confirmation.
2. What if I don't have a design drawing?
We have over 100 sets of booth implementation renderings available for selection and modification. Provide your venue information, logo, and design requirements, and we can produce free renderings and design drafts.
3. This product is lightweight and thin. How stable is it?

Compared to braided windshields, these are less stable, but they can also be produced in three-dimensional form. Support rods and base plates can be added to the length, and the fabric's stretch creates a straight, upright image, fully meeting the needs of exhibitions and events.
4. Fabric Patterning:
Non-luminous columns are made of conventional 230g warp knit fabric with a sub-surface finish, which provides some light protection as long as it's not directed towards sunlight. For complete light protection, gray-based warp knit fabrics and black-based fabrics can be used. LED-illuminated columns are made with 190g custom-made, uniformly translucent ribbed fabric.
5. Light Source
Columns are 100*100*300cm tall, with LEDs offering a color temperature of 6500, voltage of 90-260V, and power of 120-150W. We provide adapters for different countries.
