The shrinking machine is a machine that realizes the folding connection of pipe fittings. After shrinking, the aluminum tube is fixed with a spring and can be extended arbitrarily to achieve the purpose of portability. The shrinking die has 25, 32, and 44mm. All machines are hydraulically and pneumatically powered.
The maximum diameter of aluminum tubes processed by this rounding machine is 60mm. It is now equipped with 44, 32 and 25mm molds, and can produce circles or semicircles with diameters of 2 meters to 6 meters. It is fast and convenient for small-batch customization. The aluminum tubes are first connected by shrinking the holes and then rounding them. Exhibition rings and wedding background frames require the use of a rounding machine to complete the necessary processes.
This machine can complete the L-angle function of aluminum tubes. The right angle can be adjusted to facilitate the diversity of frame shapes. Except for the circular shape, the completion of other shapes requires a tube bending machine. The aluminum tube will not be deformed or scratched.
Fabric sublimation machines are a process for setting the image. Using high temperatures, the pattern on transfer paper is bonded to the fabric, allowing the color to diffuse through the fabric water. Characterized by vibrant, rich colors, high color reproduction, and delicate color transitions, the fabric does not require coating, resulting in a soft, wrinkle-free finish. The sublimation process involves transferring ink onto the transfer paper using a photo printer, and then setting the image. It is suitable for all types of polyester warp-knitted and stretch fabrics. The direct inkjet process, in contrast to sublimation, sprays ink directly onto the fabric (which must be coated), and then sets the image. While the advantages of direct inkjet printing are speed and low cost, its disadvantages include a lack of distinct image layers and dull, less vibrant colors. The operating temperature of the transfer machine is around 220°C for fabrics over 200 grams, and around 190°C for fabrics around 100 grams. The high-temperature, high-speed rotation of the transfer machine requires specialized personnel.
The 320cm wide-format printer produces 40 square meters per hour and, at a height of 3 meters, is ideal for backdrops at exhibitions and events. We use environmentally friendly, non-toxic transfer ink imported from Italy. Transfer paper weighing over 100g absorbs the ink smoothly, ensuring full color absorption and high-quality, odor-free images. The design is printed in CMYK mode, mirrored onto the transfer paper, then heat-sublimated onto the fabric to create the image. Finally, the fabric is cut, sewn, and assembled into a display stand for the finished product.
We have two water-based printers and two weak solvent printers, both 180cm wide and high-precision, made in Japan. We select matching plastic-based and paper-based photo materials based on the different usage scenarios and environments of the display stand, mainly roll-up banners, X-frame films, and various self-adhesive car stickers. We use a cold laminator to laminate the images to prevent damage, and an automated engraving and cutting machine to cut the images into various shapes, improving efficiency!
